Basics of Wine Tasting (1-session)
An introduction into the rich and exciting world of wine appreciation. Included are an overview of major world appellations and varietals, the method and etiquette of tasting, and basic vocabulary. Also included are concepts such as oak, balance, clarity, and aging.
Basics of Wine Tasting (3-session series)
Similar to the 1-session class, except we will explore each subject in more depth. Each session will be scheduled according to the availability and convenience of the client.
Day 1: White wines
Day 2: Red wines
Day 3: Sparkling wines
Wine Tasting II: (1-session)
Having established a basic concept of tasting, this class will continue exploring the world of wine We will further develop your skills and vocabulary in wine appreciation, covering the unique characteristics of different varietals, how they are tied to appellations, and the Old and New Worlds. We will also discuss wine defaults and selecting wines. After this level, you should be equipped to taste and discuss wines with confidence.
Wine Tasting II: (3-session)
Similar to the 1-session class, except each subject is covered in more depth. Each session will be scheduled according to the availability and convenience of the client.
